Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Please include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.


Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Contact@furnitnesthouse.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times can vary.

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly so we can assist you.

Digital Products (Guides, Bundles, eBooks, Mood Boards, Instruction Packs)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.

  • Refunds are not available once the files have been accessed, emailed, or downloaded.
